The ExMax-5.10-S Schischek actuator is a revolution in safety, control and shutdown of dampers, VAV systems, ball valves, throttle valves and other motors for chemical HVAC applications , pharmaceutical, industrial and offshore/onshore plants, for use in Ex-area 1, 2 (gas) and zones 21, 22 (dust).
ExMax-5.10-S Highest protection class (ATEX) and IP66 protection, small size, weight only 3.5 kg, universal functions and technical data, built-in, heater and stainless steel housing Optional rust ensures safe operation even in difficult environmental conditions. High quality brushless motor ensures long life.
All actuators are programmable and adjustable on site. Special tools or equipment are not required. Motor run time and torque as well as spring return time, according to actuator type, selectable or locally adjustable. The built-in universal power supply is capable of self-regulating to an input voltage between 24…240 VAC/DC. The actuators are
100% overload protection and self-locking.
…Max-…F actuators are equipped with a spring return safety function. The standard shaft connection is a double square direct coupling with 12x12mm.
Various accessories are available for adjusting auxiliary switches, box terminals or spare parts for ball and throttle valves and other armatures.
